The products in the adaptive project management and reporting market support one of three levels of transformation maturity: enable, optimize or transform.
Vendors understand their primary use case but most struggle to expand this understanding beyond their original domains. True adaptability is noticeable by its absence in this market. A product that is flexible enough for collaborative work management struggles with the governance requirements of traditional technology changes and vice versa.
